Terms and Conditions

  • The Hotel reserves the rights of admission
  • The role on the registration card is per night exclusive of applicable Taxes
  • Visitors and Non registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms after 21:00 Hrs.
  • The hotel will not be held responsible for any valuables left by the Guest in the guest room or public areas nor accept any liability for loss.
  • Check out time is Noon should the guest fail to check out without approval the Management is authorized to charge a half-day rate until 18:00hrs
    and a full-day role thereafter.
  • Request you to settle your bills once you exceed the pre-authorized amount/advance paid.
  • In case of default in payment of dues by a Guest the management shall have the right to dispose of the belongings and sell or auction the same at any
    time after the departure without reference to the party.
  • Storing of articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in the guest room is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are
    responsible.
  • For Indian nationals only. All cash payments of ₹ 50,000/- and above will require a copy of the PAN card.
  • The room key cards shall be returned to the front desk upon departure failing which will attract a nominal charge.
  • In case of early departure guests will be charged one-night room charges as an early departure charge.
  • PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Cancellation and Refund Policy

● If cancelled from 0 days to 7 days before the check-in date 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
● If cancelled from 8 days to 20 days before the check-in date 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
● If cancelled from 21 days to 30 days before the check-in date 10% of the booking amount will be charged.
● No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
● No refunds for cancellation during peak season period.
● No refund in case the booking is cancelled due to cancellation of flights/ trains/ ferries or road blocks due to climatic changes/natural calamities/political disturbances, etc.

● Refunds will be through the same mode of payment for advance during booking. This may take up to 7 working days.
